When does KIKITRANS S.R.L / B.V. process the personal data?
The data is processed the moment you provide it to us and you therefore give us permission to do so, and also when the processing is necessary to follow up on an order or quotation, e.g. to be able to draw up your registration request.
How does KIKITRANS S.R.L / B.V. treat your personal data?
The data is only used in function of the processing of orders and quotations. The data is always treated confidentially and never made public. Certain data are used to compile anonymous statistics for the annual report and the website.
Certain information is provided to the company from which KIKITRANS BVBA purchases your insurance product. This is necessary to draw up your insurance policy. Your data will be transferred to the FPS Mobility and the Joint Motor Guarantee Fund (Veridass). We are required to do this by law, or it is necessary to be able to issue your insurance product.

Your customer data will be kept for 7 years, because it serves for our accounting documents, the legal retention period of which is 7 years.
Can you consult the data and have it changed?
You have the right to request that all personal data we hold about you be changed, corrected or deleted. You can also limit, reject or object to the processing of the data.
